In making the "Outstanding Engineer Award" during "National Engineers Week 2002,"  Parsons said: Jim Fuller joined Parsons in 1989 and was a Supervising Engineer in the Electrical Section until January 2001, when he joined Engineering Systems (the CAD Service Center).  While a member of the Electrical Section, Jim worked on several projects including NIF, Newport, Kuwait, TRW, Gizan, and FAA.  "He has done an outstanding job in the input and construction of data for the PI&T Engineering website and has led the way in video teleconferencing for the Engineering Department on his own initiative, he conducted in-house and remote site training for personnel and continues to spread the technology to all offices.  Jim has worked on projects such as Latitude collaboration, virtual office, and development of uses for Livelink and the PWeb with more than 6,000 documents and calculation engines.  He continues to help in the Electrical Section as needed.  Jim provides a valuable role in getting people trained and using Parsons new technological applications.  He maintains a positive attitude and is always ready to assist where needed."
